Regular Business Hours

Our Alabaster location is only operating on Tuesdays and weekends at this time. Please join us this weekend for our slate of new release and classic titles. We open thirty (30) minutes prior to the first showing of the day and will close thirty (30) minutes after the final showing of the day.

Customer Service Hours

  • Weekdays: The customer service department is open Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm, CST. After hours, you can contact your local theatre.
  • Weekends: The customer service department is not open on the weekends. If you have a question or a concern, you will need to contact your local theatre. The hours of operation vary, depending on the location.

Holiday Hours

We are open during most major holidays. You will need to contact the customer service department in order to see if your local theatre is closed for a particular holiday.

  • Major Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day

Special Event Hours

At times, the customer service department hosts special events. You will need to reach out to a local theater in order to find the hours of operation during the special event.
